School of Architecture Student Show Poster
These images came as a result of my wanting to win a poster competition. During my first year of grad school, I worked as a graduate assistant to the School of Architecture. Near the end for their student show, they held a competition for their students to design the poster. I asked if I could enter as well and was given permission. My idea was to photograph every student in the department and put all of the images together for a massive collection of all the student faces one encounters while walking the halls.
I didn't get all of them, but sixty-five students did donate their face for a brief photo session. The ones I put online were particular favorites of mine.
The poster went on to win the competition.
