Sonnet
Over the horizon and distant trails
Past the blue oceans that many have sailed
I yearn for that place nestled deep within
Free from the travels where many have been
It is a place locked far and far away
Nowhere to go, for there only I stay
Many have tried, but failed, to gain access
Only I am allowed, one from the rest
It is my body, my sanctuary
The one place that I can go when weary
And hide though I might, the truth is revealed
My dreams and hopes, many that I won't yield
For inside they stay, ending this retort
Less to be told, only to come up short
